About Roorkee
The town of Roorkee is situated at about 180 km north of Delhi, the capital of India. The town is famous for the Upper Ganga Canal built by the British in 1854. From Delhi you may take the Delhi-Mana National Highway No. 58. From Up hills in Uttaranchal you may also take the same highway.
